Designing a World Where Every Mind Thrives

Introduction : The Intersection of Cognitive Diversity and Effective Altruisme

Most social structures are built for a statistical average that does not exist. At Happy Zebra, we believe that both neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals, with our unique cognitive profiles, intense focus, and systemic thinking, are naturally wired to solve some of the world’s most complex problems, once they don’t have to spend all their energy into barely surviving the system.

By applying the principles of Effective Altruism, we don’t just ask “How can we help neurodivergent people survive ?” We ask : “How can we empower all minds to maximize their positive impact on themselves, and on the world ?”

Our mission is to bridge academia, entrepreneurship, and social design to transition from a world of mere “decorative inclusion” to one of genuine cognitive sovereignty.

  • What We Do

Empowering Safe Minds to Do More Good

Our mission is to nurture an active, sovereign community of neurodiverse individuals, entrepreneurs, and changemakers. We enact this mission through six main efforts :

  • Two women sitting on a couch, holding glasses of blue-colored drinks, smiling and laughing together, with visible legs and part of a white wall background.

    Running Conferences & Workshops

We organize accessible online and in-person workshops, panel discussions, interviews, and conferences in both English and French. Our events are designed to be highly interactive, actionable, and affordable, ranging from completely free to 25€ per person.

  • Two laptops on a person's lap, one displaying a project management app, the other closed, with a coffee table nearby holding a potted succulent, a paper cup, and a tray with papers among other items in a cozy lounge or office space.

    Supporting Students & Future Founders

We actively facilitate entrepreneurial paths for youth. Beyond our volunteer work with 100,000 Entrepreneurs and Entreprendre Pour Apprendre Occitanie, we are developing a pilot curriculum integrating our signature Business Path framework and the expertise of Phd and specialists in psychology and education. This program helps students build real-world entrepreneurial skills, clarify their career vision, and navigate professional dynamics through hands-on micro-ventures.

    Community Mentorship & Dedicated Support

We provide multiple support channels to help community members unblock challenges on their journey. This includes a weekly 1-hour collective mentorship and Q&A session open to everyone, paid 1-on-1 sessions, long-term Business Partner and QuestBuilder programs, and two monthly solidarity funds reserved for thoses who cannot afford high-quality support.

    Online Resources & Tools

We build and share highly operational tools on a “pay-what-you-want” basis. From strategy templates, branding toolkits, and SEO execution services to custom-built digital tools and insightful e-books, we give you the infrastructure to scale your impact.

The Happy Zebra Discord & Coworking Hub

We moderate an active, warm Discord community where members can connect daily. We host regular body-doubling sessions (to tackle executive dread together), virtual coworking hours, and live exchanges with our amazing mentors.

  • Close-up of a paper with the phrase "YOU LIVE THE LIFE YOU CREATE" printed on it, placed on a light wooden surface.

Communicating Neuro-Inclusive Social, Educative & Economic Innovation

We actively produce and share high-impact content to change the narrative around neurodiversity and entrepreneurship. Through in-depth blog articles, newsletters editorials, media outreach, and guest appearances at partner conferences, we advocate for systemic, cognitive safety and sovereignty.

“We don’t need to fix our minds to fit into rigid outdated systems. We need to design human, living systems that grow as we do and where diverse minds can cooperate best.”

The Solidarity Fund, Leveling the Playing Field

True impact requires removing systemic barriers. Our Solidarity Fund answers the economic one, and is built on a direct, transparent beneficial helping circle, funded by and for our community.

Who does the Solidarity Fund support ?

We provide partially to fully funded business coaching, support, custom-made tool and mentorship to :

  • Neurodivergent and disabled founders

  • Individuals from geographically isolated regions (including far-off islands, DROM-TOM, etc.)

  • Students, retirees, and young entrepreneurs tackling high-impact, altruistic projects but lack the resources to seek expert support otherwise
